Colour: Dark red with crimson tone.

Nose: Delicated aromas of cherry and mint with hints of toast and spice.

Palate: Rich black fruits and berries complemented with elegant oak and a nuance of chocolate.

Food Recommendations: A lovely accompaniment to French cheese or charcuterie, this is also a perfect wine for big f lavoured meals like roast meats and hearty pasta. The trick is to balance the beautiful intense flavours with rich, flavoursome dishes that will hold their own with this gorgeous wine.
